Canucks Sweaters: Past and Present

McGinn’s pictorial is also accompanied by an article titled Designing a Jersey you can be proud of. He’s talking about the design process NHL teams need to abide by.  But while we’re on the topic, I figure there’s nothing wrong with fan permutations, either:



I realize the whole idea of fan designs tends to become one giant “Jersey Foul” category, as the purists would say. But my own verdict is ‘what the hell.’

If you’re paying $200+ to make your jerseys all yours, I say, do whateverthehellyouwant. 

Go crazy—it’s a hockey jersey, not a freakin’ opera gown.

Believe me, if I had the money to waste and the guts to wear them, I’d be rocking one giant closet of jersey fouls.
