Ouellet Returns to Tampa

Forward Michel Ouellet, who last played in the NHL in 2008-09 for Vancouver, has been signed to a one-year, two-way deal by the Tampa Bay Lightning according to Chris Johnston of the Canadian Press.
Ouellet played in Tampa in 2007-08, scoring 17 goals and 36 points in 64 games.
He spent the previous two seasons in Europe.
