The Wings started out strong, leveled off a bit in the 1st period and found themselves in a 1-1 game at the end of the period.
Then Toronto took over with 2 goals in the 2nd period and the shots on net after two was Toronto 26, Detroit 11.
The third period was entertaining to watch. Wings were one shot away from tying the game until the Leafs sealed the deal with an empty net goal.
