Paul here for every other A2Y blogger.
Before we start the live blog, I suggest you rise and gentlemen please remove your hats.
Let's pay tribute the the Canadian National Anthem, sung at the last regular season game of the original Winnipeg Jets.
Now that I have your attention, we can now think about a western Canada road sweep, plus rejoice in not having to do it all over again this season.
Those much anticipated 7:00pm or 7:30pm starts are about to become the norm and since the Wings have six points on this swing, we now breathe a sigh of relief.
Turing our attention back to the Jets, who knows what Winnipeg team will show up.
The team is under pressure to start winning on a regular basis and let's hope it doesn't start until their next game.
It's a live blog b*@&##%!

I think they are tired from the road trip. Things just aren’t clicking because they are tired.

Posted by Hootinani on 11/04/13 at 10:24 PM ET
Ha! Now who’s dreaming?
Kenny Holland has been asleep at the switch for four seasons now.

While that penalty call on Lashoff was soft, he’s gotten away with quite a few crosschecks to the back this period (and not those right in front of the net).

I think the Wings could have been on the ice all by themselves tonight, and still lost the game

About Abel to Yzerman
Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. Re-phrase: we do little research, find facts and stats highly overrated and claim little to no preparation. There are 19 readers of A2Y. No more, no less. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that.
