from CSNNE,
It shouldn't come as a huge surprise that the Red Wings snapped the Bruins 9-game road win streak and 16-game points streak....
Mike Felger and Tony Amonte discussed on CSNNE's Postgame Live.
"Detroit is a dangerous team because they are a quick, skilled team," Felger said. "And you saw Gustav Nyquist on that game-winning goal in the third period just blow by [Zdeno] Chara like he was literally cemented into the ice. And that's something you're going to have to deal with in two weeks if that's the team."
Amonte agrees that by the time the playoffs roll around, Detroit will be even stronger.
"They all play with a European mentality . . . they got a great mix of European guys, they play a wide open style," Amonte said. "They've struggled this year because of all the injuries, but you're right they could be very dangerous when [Henrk] Zetterberg gets back and [Pavel] Datsuk gets back. They're going to be a dangerous team."
