The Detroit Red Wings Are In The Windy City

So let's hope the Wings have the wind to their backs during all three periods.

The Blackhawks are being questioned by Coach Q regarding their intensity while Coach B is trying to find healthy players.

Detroit may be catching the Blackhawks while they are slumping, but Chicago went through a hard practice yesterday and say they are ready to bring their 'A' game tonight.

No doubt, it will be a hard game for the Wings to win, but...

... If the Wings can score early, it will put some doubt in the minds of Chicago and their fans.

The Wings need to play every shift like it their last shift, go to the net and again, get the puck out of their own zone, no turnovers!

It's a live blog on a Sunday night bitches, nothing better to do than watch some hockey.

It really will be weird to look at the playoffs and not see the Wings in it.  But it’s going to happen, they simply aren’t good enough to catch up.

Actually the most annoying thing is the Hawk player who skated down from the point and got the initial shot was Keith who should have been in the box at that point.

Between the announcers and score after 2 periods, this game is about 500% better than I expected.

Gut check time for the young Red Wings.  No time like the present to stand up and make a statement.  LGRW!

Injuries are an excuse.  The team they have out there isn’t good enough, regardless the reason.

Hossa is good. Devastating shot.  Fast skater.  PK.  Protects puck.

We’ve got Franzen.  Slow.  Loses puck.  Good shot when set up by teammates.
