Thank you, Glen, for taking a dumb penalty and ruining Howie’s best game in a LONG time.

Not saying the trip shouldnt be called, but you know what they say about the retaliation.

Great effort tonight. Probably deserved better but in OT down a man with LeTang, Crosby, Malkin, Rust on the ice against…Nemeth and Hronek…we didn’t stand a chance. At least Howard gave us a chance to win, same for Murray who made countless key saves.
Talk about Z now..not much icetime, i think he deserves more, but his game is still improving shift by shift. He shows that he is willing to learn, to play the right way, specially without the puck. Tonight he was intense, and shows a great hockey IQ. I’m impressed by the kid, cause after his cocky comment at the draft i was expect to see another Yakopov or someone like that.
That’s not the case, he plays both ways, he is not selfish (he can shoot more though) and has a great quick release.
Other than that we got a point…ain’t that nice !

Did you mean to write it that way Paul?

I saw Howard was getting the start and didn’t think he’d have only given up one goal by the end of regulation… so whatever was going on in his head, I hope it’s gone now. Despite losing it in OT, I thought we played a pretty good game tonight. Here’s hoping we keep that same effort in the next one. The year isn’t gonna get any easier.

Games like this demonstrate that the group is capable and calls into question why all the suckage in so many of the other games?

If this were the norm fine, but it’s not.  So why is it that a somewhat capable group rarely shows it?

Could it be…, no, couldn’t be…

So whit is the norm? Last year, where they lost a whole ton of 1 goal games?

Or this year?

Either way, both are grim.

Each year he’s barely met expectations or missed expectations with roster factored in but consistently has excuses.

Grim indeed.  Wit is all that is left since the suck appears to be endorsed.

Truly though, more of yesterday please. #lovemywings
