Matinee Game In Minnesota

Get the two points, nothing else matters.

Wild score 3, Wings need 4.  No matter the final score, Detroit needs one more goal.

Another thing, winning this game sure makess the rest of the day go much easier.

Winning puts a smile on the faces of Detroit fans and allows us to watch the other games today in a different manner.

The Wild are not what they once were.

Much more offensive minded but they can be beat.

One shift at a time boys, come home with 2 points and do it all over again Sunday night against the Wild.

Because not everyone has access to the internet, here is the current standings, a couple of heavy games tonight will change this by tomorrow’s game.

Can’t seem to catch any games live lately, though hopefully I can tomorrow night.  But I just finished.  I think that was the most pathetic penalty shot I have ever seen called, as well as the lamest excuse for calling off a wings goal.  As RWBill said, it could/should have been 4-1.  Great win, but now is not the time to relax!  Go Wings!

Dang a regulation win by Montreal over Toronto would be sweet. That’s blocked on my game Center package. Must be on NBC Sports or something let me try to find it

Regulation loss by toronto?  Sweet.  2 games less to play than Detroyet.

Just imagine the POS chart with the Toronto block flatlining one more block to the right.

Just sayin’, Leafs are in New Jersey tomorrow night.

A flip-flop in the wild card race could happen.

Let me get this out of the way on yesterday’s thread so I can disavow it.  The Wings are due for a game when bounces and breaks go the other way.  The score yesterday could have been 4-1, yes, but we’ve scored goals recently that bounced off the other team.

This is just the stress train coming out.  I’d love to see another win and the Isle and Devils do us a favor even though they’re out of the playoff race (barring several unlikely events happening).

Two points well-earned.  Keep rolling, Wings.
