GDT - Game 30: Red Wings (14-10-5) host Wild (16-10-2) 7:30

The Western Conference standings are tighter than Adrian Dantley's wallet. The Wings 33 pts have them holding onto the 7th spot at the moment, 3 pts out of 4th place, and only 3 pts in front of 10th place CBJ. Jobu was apparently in charge of Tuesday's practice; Eaves is questionable after being hit in the mellon by a puck, Datsyuk has the flu, and Hank has the runs.
MIN have passed VAN and lead the Northwest.
Time to pull an Al Davis; just win, baby.

Thanks Okie. I just hope someone cleans Setoguchi’s clock after that non-suspendable dirty hit to Q the last time they played. Poor Toots looks worse for wear and needs a stand in tonite. But who?

This will be a tough one, I think. LGRW!
Thank you, Okie Jeff.

Eaves out, Gus in,
Ima guessing the drive to Detroit is a much happier trip than the drive back to GR.
Thanks Okie!

Muchas gracias, Amigo. Saluting your GDT this morning with donuts and a piping hot mug of Java’s finest.
Time to pull an Al Davis; just win, baby.
Aye. Glad to have Nike on Dangles’ wing. Wait…

“I should know better, Boss.”

Dave Jackson-8
Tom Kowal-32

Scott Cherrey-50
Steve Miller-89
If there is a ref who attempts to call a more credible game than Jackson, please don’t let him find Jackson’s School of Referee’s sponsored by Gary.Ass. We’re gonna be an angry bunch even before the puck’s dropped.

About Abel to Yzerman
Welcome to Abel to Yzerman, a Red Wing blog since 1977. No other site on the internet has better-researched, fact-laden and better prepared discussions than A2Y. Re-phrase: we do little research, find facts and stats highly overrated and claim little to no preparation. There are 19 readers of A2Y. No more, no less. All of them, except maybe one, are juvenile in nature. Reminding them of that in the comment section will only encourage them to prove that. Top o’ the morning Okie.
2 points in regulation would be fanfreakingtastic.
