For what it’s worth, so far this season I have been able use my Spectrum logon and watch games on the Fox Sports Go app even though I don’t have a TV package through Spectrum (just internet). Not sure how long it will last, but I’m enjoying it while it’s available.

NHL.TV + VPN service is the solution to these problems.

Just stream it. Watching on your phone is not ideal, but screw these corporate fools

seriously ?
none of you have a computer connected to your big screen TVs ??
what do you think an extra HDMI port is for ??  LOL !!
any quality desktop or laptop will have an HDMI port ... run a cable to HDMI 2 on your TV (anticipating HDMI 1 is occupied by your cable box) ... change inputs and surf the web on your big screen !!!
a nice Logitech wireless keyboard with built-in touchpad makes it a breeze.
Screw subscribing to streaming services and using dongles… who needs that crap ??

Yup.  That’s exactly how I do it too.

There are websites now that stream the legit NHL feeds for free… no more searching for crappy links that go down during the game…  Just go to the web site, click on the feed you want and BOOM.  Wings in HD with no commercials.  Any game, any feed.  for free.  HDMI cable to my big screen TV.  Just flip inputs to switch between the game and your regular TV.

This. Add in a VPN, you’re golden.

best nhl dot com

Home and away broadcasts, better quality than fox sports/nbc sports app with provider login, no commercials, no popups, can use through firefox browser on a firestick. Have used it for 2 years now, fingers crossed it doesn’t go away.

*eyes his TV setup w/ 4 game consoles and DVD player*  “Right, the _extra_ HDMI ports…”

I kid.  TV’s still need more HDMI ports though.

FoxSports is really feeling the pinch in this.  Don’t give in, folks.  Make them continue to hurt, a lot.  It’s not just our market either, this same thing is going on in others.  This is how you destroy industry accepted norms, and it’s time to destroy how the NHL rights and sports rights in general is distributed.
