Wings/Ducks Live Blog

Six out of a possible eight points is all that is on my mind right now.

Wings win tonight and that is how this Western Conference road swing will end.

Sounds good doesn't it?

Play the same way as last night, energy, grit and take advantage of scoring chances then we can relax for a few days.

These Ducks still want to revenge their playoff loss to the Wings last year but the Wings can put some doubt in their mind again with a win.

Do it boys, two more points in your pocket sure would look good on the plane tonight.

It's a live blog bitches.

Sick of this dump-and-chase offensive game.

Start massaging some groins (and groinbacks, and groinribs) in the wings dressing room and maybe we can get back to something of a skill game.

Finally get an offensive chance. Nice work by the teletubby

I think Sheahan is better in the NHL than in the AHL, dont know why.

agreed. After Babs said he looked soft last year. Who knows, maybe there are more Ahlers like that.

Asking Q to complete a pass through the neutral zone is the hardest damn thing in the world to him.

He looked really good during training camp this year, thought this might be the season he would dominate in the A, but it hasn’t happened.  But he seems to take more advantage of his size to create offense here, where he sticks mainly to his defensive game there.

my mistake on the NYR / PHI comment - it is only in the 2nd period.
... but NYR just made it 4-0.
Pretty intense, a few fisticuffs.

Petr playing well.

I think that problem extends to all Wings D. don’t know why but suspect the forwards are part go the problem.

And then DK wires one on the tape from behind his own net to the offensive blue line. Awesome.
