Would have liked to have seen Mantha in front of the net with the puck instead of Helm.

what Helm doing on the ice in the dieing seconds ? then he got a glorious chance to tie but..of course…failed.

No Mantha in that last minute…not that he deserved to be..but you still need to play him no matter what. Again Blashill missed it.

Pathetic third period…embarrassing…

Coreau look good..Green pathetic, like he didnt care, specially on the Jackets two on one goal where he basically did Nothing, lazy !

14 to go..even if we play hard Dick will probably have his wishes granted, we might finish last, just look at the calendar ahead…ouch ! i wouldnt be surprise to see them all losses.

we might finish last,

For that to happen, the Red Wings would need to lose around 13 of their last 14 games. Anything is possible. confused

Mantha, our leading goal scorer on the bench in the last minute. That’s just bad coaching.

Why did we even bring Svechnikov up? Just play Booth if you’re going to play the kid 4 minutes less than Witkowski and zero minutes on the powerplay… he’s a scorer for crying out loud. And what business does Abdelkader have playing almost a full minute more powerplay time over Larkin, Mantha, Frk, and Bertuzzi???? Good Lord this team is not very good, even more so due to the horrible coaching.

He did play on the power play. He looked quick to give up the puck. He appeared to be benched for the majority of the 2nd.

I’m conflicted about him being up. I want him to gain experience, but hate for him to get used to losing at the NHL level. Not a great learning environment currently and he seems to be someone that is hard on himself when he doesn’t perform.

At least Z got his 21:54 min with Nyquist and Bertuzzi close behind. Blashill seems like he’s really trying to jack up Z over Datsyuk in case Z retires. Maybe that’s why Z is pointing fingers for Blashill.

If you have a farm, bet it on Chicago winning the Lottery, drafting Dalin, and geting Karlsson for peanuts. And then winning 10 billion Cups in a row.

Karlsson for peanut

Yes. About $10M worth of peanuts.

I agree. Was happy to see he got a call, but his usage so far and the environment around this team after dumping 6 in a row…..could have called up ben street if they needed a warm body to hold the bench down.

I am glad AA scored last night.  Now he can go back to ignoring his critics for a couple more weeks.

If Karlsson signs for $10mil he’s doing somebody a favour. He could demand McDavid money, and get it. See, that’s my point.

Why do you think helm was out there at the end?

So we can keep losing!
