Oh Good…Boston

I really had no idea who the Wings were playing today. I assumed they were, but I've been distracted. I can't devote my energies to three teams at once and yesterday it was the Lions and then, the unspeakable obscenity.

So, when I woke up I checked and vomited.

Ok. This would be a nice win today. I hope the Wings play well.

But last night. JFC.  It all mixes together.  Scherzer pitched great then Osgood let one in from fifty then Smyly walked a guy and Talbot scored then Benoit came in and Legace was laying prone like a fat suicidal hooker and then Ortiz came up and Seabrook crossed the blue line.

So there's that.

It's a Live Blog bitches.

OK, off for probably rest of the 2nd.  Here’s hoping I miss about 3459034 DET goals, because there is no radio feed available around here I’m aware of.

Enjoy ppl.

Primis - go to NHL.com, you can listen on there.  Click on the game score and then the headphones.  You can choose Detroit or Boston feed.

Wings holding their own. Although the Bruin domination is apparent at times, were still competing and getting to the net.

And scoring…... Whaaa?

Bergeron was 62% on faceoffs last year, according to Ken.  I remember getting into a huge argument with TheLinkGoesHere because Yzerman selected him for Team Canada’s last gold medal Olympic hockey team.  The Corsi-fetishist wanted some random scorer instead and couldn’t understand that Yzerman wanted a faceoff specialist for defensive zone starts.
