Last night the Wings put forth the honest effort that we all knew they had in them, and in doing so, not only won the game, but, gave the Detroit Red Wings franchise their 3000th win. It wasn't at all pretty, but yes, it is a big deal. A milestone win. Plus, we all know how hard it's been for this team to win on the road.
Nedeljkovic, with another great game, made 41 saves to keep the Wings in it, and seal the victory. Considering that the team put only 16 shots on goal speaks volumes about our goaltender. He is the kind of player that helps to instill confidence in every guy on the ice.
Tonight we face off against the newly minted Seattle Kraken. It's a back to back for the Wings. So, let's keep er' going. The confidence, and the honest effort. Winning would be the extra bonus....

Haha table top slot hockey. I always wanted one of those. Instead had a vibrating football game where the players ended up going around in circles after taking 5 minutes to set up the play.

Mick said he thought Frk was playing for China… not sure where he got that. A cursory search shows he currently plays for the Ontario Reign as a member of the Kings organization.

I think it’s a real good sign for the health of this organ-I-zation that the crowd at the LCA seems to be pretty young, or getting younger.
