GDT - WCSF Game 6: Red Wings (3-2) host Hawks (2-3) 8:00

Said Uncle Mike of game 5:  "They were good and we were watching.''

Captain Obvious says:  "It'd be good to finish this tonight, but DET are going to have to be way better to do that - way better."  Here is hoping for the handshake line after the game.

"Flags In,"   Soldiers of the 3d United States Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) participated in the Memorial Day tradition of "Flags In" where soldiers place an American flag at every gravestone throughout Arlington National Cemetery, in commemoration of our Nations fallen heroes.

I have a feeling we’ll see a very different Wings team tonight, plus Babbles will go back to outcoaching Q with the last change.

they won’t say it in public, but I really think the Wings just took a Chicago home win as a foregone conclusion, and took the night off in game 5.  I just hope they don’t learn the hard way why you NEVER give one away in the playoffs.

thank you to all the Men & Women whom serve our awesome country; thoughts go out to All that gave so much.

here’s to the Wings coming out dancing; may your passes be tape to tape, stay out of the naughty box and hit em Hard! send the Cawks back to their nest in the gutters.

LGRW!

This ends tonight.

I don’t make predictions usually but… it ends tonight.  DET will get last change *and* faceoff advantage.  DET will have the crowd.  The pressure on CHI will increase and they’ll lose their cool again.

I can’t freaking wait.

Remembering not only those in my own family, but all who have served this great country so proudly today. Salute!

I’m not gonna lie… I’m jittery. I can’t help it… but the Wings can! LGRW!

any word on the lineups for tonight?  I was wondering if Babbles might put Bertuzzi back in, since Q put the meatheads together on D.

G’morning, Jeff.  Wishing you and yours and your neighbors a speedy recovery.  Tipping a mug of Java’s finest to you, Sir.

“Flags In,”  Soldiers of the 3d United States Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) participated in the Memorial Day tradition of “Flags In” where soldiers place an American flag at every gravestone throughout Arlington National Cemetery, in commemoration of our Nations fallen heroes.

19 sticktaps.  A moving tribute.

I don’t see the game notes posting the refs for tonight’s game, yet.  Once it’s posted, I’ll have them listed here.

I see the PDF for the game notes that’s supposed to list the refs officiating the game tonight, but those fields are empty.  We might not know the refs at all or until an hour or two before the game.

I never want to see Walkdum officiating a Wings game ever again this playoff year.
