DET flew into CBJ last night coming off a huge win and an epic performance by their Captain. Zetterberg had a hand in every Red Wing point last night: 3G, 2A, 5pts, +3, he willed his team to victory; truly impressive.
It'll be interesting to see how much gas the Wings have left in their tank. CBJ aren't very good at all, 1.62 G/G (29), 3.12 GA/G (22), 0.42 5-5 F/A (29).

At the very least, they aren’t the same tools as last night - - don’t remember the last time the officiating was so awful.
Tonight: Don VanMassenhoven #21 & Rob Martell #26

Every 2 points are important, somehow each more important than those before. With the tough schedule coming up and the last half of the season spent much on the road, we can’t afford to not get 2 points against weak sisters.
I think we’re better than we were the first time we played them and had to go to OT. We gave up horrible 3rd period goals in that one.

Rather than repost myself, again, I’ll just say I left a couple of comments at the end of the previous LB thread.
How the Hell do you survive driving 11 1/2 hours from Minsk to Kiev, Malibu? You really do need to document your travels for a movie.

That was a hell of a game last night and a phenomenal effort by Hank. For the first time in a long time I was screaming at my tv. Just haven’t had it this year. Last night changed that. Really hoping to see a damn fine effort out of the boys tonight(exclamation point)

Still feeling so great after last night’s game. I just feel like the team really came together and Hank carried the whole team on his back. Amazing!
Hoping for a good game tonight.
