Michigan is getting help from its sports stars and coaches in its search for more doctors and nurses to help fight the coronavirus outbreak.

The state released a video Saturday in which Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford, Detroit Pistons coach Dwane Casey, Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire, Lions coach Matt Patricia and Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill ask nurses and doctors from across the country to travel to Michigan to volunteer their services in the state’s hospitals.
