Typical Wings D, 3 guys go to one and not only cant get the puck from him, they leave the eventual goal scorer wide open.

The interview with Ryan Martin during the 1st intermission was revealing. It revealed that the guy should stick to numbers because he’s not very good with words.

My favorite line was: “McIssac is a real munite mincher.”  rolleyes

Through two periods, the Wings look a bit gassed – which is understandable after playing four games in five days. Maybe adding a day to the tournament schedule would be good for everyone.

And what’s the deal with only eight Columbus players actually being their own prospects? The remaining 16 are on PTOs. They may win the “Prospects Tournament,” but it sure doesn’t say much about the depth of their organization.

Only caught the third but our goalie was…a sieve.

The baby Wings seemed to really fall apart after Zadina was hurt. Fulcher didn’t help things.
Glad Zadina is OK as that hit looked nasty at the time.
Hopefully McIsaac isn’t out too long either.

I liked Ryan Martin’s comments about Cholo really really impressing and that Hronek better really bring it during camp if he want’s that spot over Cholo.

I haven’t seen Hronek play much, but have been really impressed by Cholowski.  For the Wing’s sake, I hope both these guys can really bring it.

Between McIssac and Cholo, I’ve been very impressed at their poise.

McIssac in particular has impressed me.  Maybe because he sort of flew under the radar as the Wings “4th pick” (at number 36) but he’s been very dominant with the puck.
